I can graciously accept your inefficiency to get work done.

I can graciously accept that you took away MY credit and being thick-skinned enough to tell everyone that WE did it together.

I can graciously help you cover your ass by rushing through day and night to get things settled.

BUT

I CANNOT accept you calling me in the middle of the morning, knowing i got an IMPORTANT test later in the afternoon, and demanding why I DIDNT KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP for things that I HAVE DONE.

I CANNOT accept you scolding me cos' i made you looked super inefficient in front of others. IF you have been efficient all these while, why worry?

I CANNOT accept you demanding an apology for me cos' you DO NOT know what to present to the board of directors when i'm not there. This only shows your incapabilities.

Where is your initiative to know more from me? Where is your initiative to help me when i was busy planning and managing all the details?

And you dare to scold me, push the blame to me, when your own ass got caught in fire? When you suddenly realised you have NOTHING to present this afternn?

IT IS YOUR OWN BUSINESS FOR NOT KNOWING WHAT TO TELL THEM.

And the funny thing is,

the person who DO NOT KNOW whatever is going on, who DO NOT get herself involved in the planning,

is also the overall person in charge.
