Ho Ho HO! It's a season to be jolly 2010

Christmas is usually a time where family & friends get together, exchange pressies, drink and be merry.

Used to exchange gifts with friends in the past, however as i grew older, i realised that these occasions are getting more and more commercialised....

So yes! This year we shall keep it simple, yet memorable and happy =)

Christmas Eve
The evil one~

Christmas eve was spent at jyo's house. Steamboated with his family! Had japanese steamboat and tried baking cheese mussels together with his younger brother... Fun!

We also bought lots of stuffs for the hotpot! And even a logcake! But in the end, we were too full for the cake... oops...

After dinner was late night movie @ jp. Caught Narnia, and 95% of the time, i was comfortably dozing off in the cinema. Omg... Think the red wine at dinner was too overwhelming for me... =P

Christmas Day!

Tried pinning up my fringe for a fresh look! =)

Preparing to hop by my uncle's house for an annual christmas family gathering

Uncle is a superb chef! Single-handedly, he prepared all the dishes since afternoon! Fried beehoon, kong bar pao, fish maw soup with macaroni, salad and fruits! They also ordered roasted turkey, ham and a chocolate log cake.... A grand spread indeed... BURP! =P
My very sweet looking niece, the little one! Gosh... I haven't seen her for months and she has suddenly grown so tall and pretty!
My hyper-active nephew who is very bu gan yuan to snap a shot with us. The pretty babe in specs is his mummy, my cousin's wifey who's also a teacher.... =)

Then the little one suddenly wanted to play with fireworks! Haha... So we scrambled to the garden outside and lit up the sticks one by one.... Then the little one suddenly said she's scared to hold the stick! (-_-")
Jyo trying very hard to convince the little one that it's not scary to hold it!

Tadah! Finally the little one dares to hold the stick! =)

And she's totally hooked onto it! Haha...

Meanwhile, my nephews asking Jyo to challenge him in tap tap, with his iPad! Omg... i don't even have a cellphone when i was in primary sch....
On the other side, my surprise, unexpected Christmas gift from one of my couzzies who just returned from UK!

Though i'm not a fan of branded bags, but i'm still deeply touched by her gesture. Thanks couzzie! =)
