Played Badminton on Friday and Tennis on Sunday

Was soooo shiokable. Realie played till no strength sia. Now hands aching, legs aching and not to mention rashes popping up from nowhere. *Arghs*

Had fun watching Fren running to and fro, east to west, right to left just to smack the balls, while i tried to hit but failed....

But my skills improved at the end of the night!! Yeahh!!

At least i noe how to serve the ball now...

DO NOT SAY DIE!!!

Must try my best to master the game well ... Woohoo!!

Was flipping through a book i bought from Taiwan last year, and some words caught my attention:

人没有解决不了的难题，只有‘不想’解决的困境，

许多人走到绝境，

那是因为他们强迫自己选择放弃，而不是人生真的走到了绝境.... .....

活下去，就有希望。

Inspiring isn't it ?

To be alive means there's still hope, there's still millions of possibilities and i still have the abilities to reach out to my dreams.....

Like for eg, last nite while playing tennis, i couldn't help but have this thinking:

"i don't know how to play tennis! i'm such a dumbass who always fails

Perhaps the REAL problem lies in the FACT that "I DON'T WANT TO LEARN",

and definitely not "i don't know".

The next time when i want to give up on trying,

i'll remind myself of the people who got stuck under the sichuan rubble but persisted on surviving and breathing till the very last minute.

i'll remind myself the fact that successful sportsman do not achieve fame overnight.

The sweat, tears and efforts they put in to reach where they are now, definitely comes a long long way.

The next time if someone you come across feel like giving up,

give them a pat on the shoulder and remind them that they shld feel lucky just to be alive on this world.

Becos the formula is easy:
