~Mango Spareribs~
Whipped up this mango spareribs for mamee & co last evening.
According to critics(those who sampled it), it tasted good!
The recipe *if u r interested*:
1st, marinate the spareribs (小排骨)with egg flour. Then add in 1 egg, plus lots of pepper, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce & one small spoonful of salt.
Next, cut fresh mango into half,put into mixer and stir into creamy mixture.
2nd, heat the wok. Pour oil in until oil gets hot.
Put in the marinated spareribs. Fry until crispy brown.
Pour the oil away.
3rd, throw in 3 fat spoonfuls of tomato sauce. Add in the mango juice.
Stir as quickly as u can in case it gets chao tar.
Add red wine in. If u can't find red wine, then forget it.
Add one small spoonful of sugar.
Pour the spareribs back into the wok. Fry it with the mixture.
Make sure all the spareribs are coated with a delicious layer of the mixture.
2 minutes later, turn off stove,
上菜!
Quite easy lah. Everyone can do it !!! :)
